A once-in-a-lifetime ski mountaineering expedition to the Antarctic Peninsula aboard a private expedition vessel, exclusive to our group. After crossing the Southern Ocean, we will spend 10 full days skiing untracked lines: every day we land by Zodiac directly onto glaciers and snow-covered shores, skin up pristine alpine peaks and ski down with sweeping views of icebergs and the ocean. The return is made by charter flight from King George Island to Punta Arenas, avoiding a second ocean crossing.

Return by charter flight
Arrival at Punta Arenas, Chile (PUQ). Transfer to the hotel, gear check with the guides and final briefing before the Malvinas flight. Overnight in Punta Arenas (not included).
Flight from Punta Arenas to the Malvinas Islands. Welcome ashore and boarding of our private expedition vessel: safety briefing, crew introduction and cabin assignment. Depending on weather conditions, we start the navigation.
4 to 5 days of open ocean navigation heading south. Onboard activities: marine wildlife watching (whales, petrels, albatrosses), lectures on Antarctic history and detailed avalanche safety briefings by the mountain guides.
Two flexible days built into the itinerary to account for Drake Passage / Southern Ocean weather windows. If navigation goes smoothly, these days will be added to the skiing and exploration itinerary.
The core experience: 10 full days dedicated to skiing untracked lines in the Antarctic Peninsula. Daily routine: Zodiac landings from the boat directly onto glaciers and snow-covered shores, skinning up pristine alpine peaks and skiing down with views of icebergs and the ocean. All decisions depend on weather and snow safety, managed by our 2 certified UIAGM/IFMGA guides.
Final reserve day in the Antarctic Peninsula to guarantee operational safety, or to secure a last day of skiing or navigation before departure.
Disembarkation at King George Island (South Shetland Islands). Antarctic fly-over: charter flight back to Punta Arenas, avoiding the return ocean crossing. End of services upon arrival at Punta Arenas Airport.
Navigation dates and itinerary are subject to weather and sea conditions.
