Given the current circumstances, we have decided to make our cancellation regime more flexible as follows:
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event that the client must cancel his reservation due to COVID-19 and his impediment to travel due to Force Majeure, the following regime will apply:
The client will have the possibility to cancel or re-program their trip according to the following compensation scheme on the total price of the trip:
As a first option we will offer the possibility to re-program your trip without additional costs.
IMPORTANT: In all cases, the reimbursement will be made according to the total value of the trip, discounting the administrative expenses.
• 100% refund: if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to MP up to 14 days prior to the start of the service.
• 50% refund: if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to MP between 13 and 7 days prior to the start of the service.
• 0% refund: if the cancellation is notified in writing by email to MP less than 7 days prior to the start of the service. In justified cases due to force majeure COVID, there will be no refund, but there will be the possibility of rescheduling the trip.
